Our full service coordination package includes every aspect of wedding planning and management from the day you get engaged to the time you leave for your honeymoon.  Whether you’re planning a large event with numerous details, or simply don’t have the time to manage every vendor, attend every meeting order every piece of rental equipment, we’re here to make it happen.  As your full time wedding team, we are here for you from day one, transforming your vision into reality.  We’ll make sure you find the picture perfect venue, and will hand assemble the best team of vendors that the area has to offer.  We will design, create, manage, plan and coordinate every single detail and every single minute of your special day.  We’ll be the primary contact for your vendors, making all appointments, managing all your rentals,  setting up hotel blocks for guests, distributing welcome baskets, coordinating your rehearsal dinner and decorating your bridal suite. 


Includes all items offered in the partial service package plus:


  1. twelve one on one planning sessions including one final walkthrough of venue prior to wedding

  2. assistance finding and choosing the perfect wedding venue

  3. hand assembly of your vendor team based on budget and vision, including quotes from vendors and contract negotiation

  4. scheduling of and attendance at all vendor meetings in addition to constant contact with vendors on your behalf

  5. complete wedding design including custom inspiration board with a list of recommendations for personalization, a design focused walkthrough to determine the layout, decor placement and lighting design, custom floral design ideas including styling with your florist and sourcing of vases, complete table set up design including sourcing of the perfect rentals, linens, menus, candles, table numbers etc., design of signature drinks and welcome beverages, cake design, sourcing of all paper products including invitations, programs, menus, escort cards, napkins, etc.

  6. management of budget with a custom budget spreadsheet to track payments and tips

  7. ceremony and reception layouts created with your rental companies cad team

  8. management of all rentals including catering needs

  9. on site supervision of vendors including set up, execution and breakdown

  10. direction of bridal party, officiant, photographer, videographer and musicians during processional, ceremony & recessional

  11. management of timeline, coordinating vendors and bridal party for events such as grand entrance, toasts, first dance, bouquet toss, garter toss etc.

  12. final vendor payment and tip distribution.
