Though we call it month of, it’s much more than that.  Once your date is booked, you can call or email anytime for general wedding guidance. If you’ve got a question about a vendor, can’t decide what chairs to rent, or need advice about seating arrangements, we’re here to help.  We’ll meet four times, to chat about details and vendors, to finalize your timeline and to do a thorough walkthrough.  The month before your wedding we’ll send a detailed timeline and production spreadsheet to your vendors, taking over as their primary contact until the wedding.  The day before your wedding we will direct your rehearsal, ensuring a seamless processional, ceremony and recessional.  the day of, we’re first to arrive and last to leave, setting up everything from escort cards, to programs and favors.  We’ll manage and direct vendors and bridal party, cueing them for events like your processional, grand entrance, toasts, and special dances.


Includes:


  1. four one on one planning sessions including one final walkthrough of venue prior to wedding

  2. general wedding guidance via phone and email throughout the planning process

  3. detailed day-of timeline and event production instructions distributed to vendors the month prior to your wedding. 

  4. access to our preferred vendor list during your search for vendors

  5. vendor confirmation the month prior to your wedding

  6. coordination of your rehearsal the day prior to your wedding.  a simplified version of timeline will be distributed to bridal party the day of the rehearsal

  7. decor set-up the day of the wedding, including programs, escort cards, table numbers, favors, menus and signs

  8. on site supervision of vendors including set up, execution and breakdown

  9. direction of bridal party, officiant, photographer, videographer and musicians during processional, ceremony & recessional

  10. management of timeline, coordinating vendors and bridal party for events such as grand entrance, toasts, first dance, bouquet toss, garter toss etc.

  11. final vendor payment and tip distribution.

  12. breakdown of clients belongings including plan for gifts and cake.
