Our month of + wedding design package offers all the assistance available in the month of package, with extra attention to the style and design of your wedding.  This is the package for any couple looking to create a seriously beautiful and cohesive event while on a budget.  The package will include a custom inspiration board with a list of recommendations for personalization, a design focused walkthrough to determine the layout, decor placement and lighting design, custom floral design ideas including styling with your florist and sourcing of vases, complete table set up design including sourcing of the perfect rentals, linens, menus, candles, table numbers etc., design of signature drinks and welcome beverages, cake design, sourcing of all paper products including invitations, programs, menus, escort cards, napkins, etc. 


Includes:


  1. four one on one planning sessions including one final walkthrough of venue prior to wedding

  2. complete wedding design including custom inspiration board with a list of recommendations for personalization, a design focused walkthrough to determine the layout, decor placement and lighting design, custom floral design ideas including styling with your florist and sourcing of vases, complete table set up design including sourcing of the perfect rentals, linens, menus, candles, table numbers etc., design of signature drinks and welcome beverages, cake design, sourcing of all paper products including invitations, programs, menus, escort cards, napkins, etc.

  3. general wedding guidance via phone and email throughout the planning process

  4. detailed day-of timeline and event production instructions distributed to vendors the month prior to your wedding. 

  5. access to our preferred vendor list during your search for vendors

  6. vendor confirmation the month prior to your wedding

  7. coordination of your rehearsal the day prior to your wedding.  a simplified version of timeline will be distributed to bridal party the day of the rehearsal

  8. decor set-up the day of the wedding, including programs, escort cards, table numbers, favors, menus and signs

  9. on site supervision of vendors including set up, execution and breakdown

  10. direction of bridal party, officiant, photographer, videographer and musicians during processional, ceremony & recessional

  11. management of timeline, coordinating vendors and bridal party for events such as grand entrance, toasts, first dance, bouquet toss, garter toss etc.

  12. final vendor payment and tip distribution.

  13. breakdown of clients belongings including plan for gifts and cake.
